Recently bought a new Subaru Forester from John and it was a pleasant experience for myself and wife. He was willing to allow us to try out three different vehicles and chose the one we were willing to buy. They met the price we wanted and we bought the car. He has been helping us get the car set up as it had been used briefly as a demo model so the settings have not been quite right. We have already used the service department as unfortunately the car had a bad battery that failed within the first week of ownership, which has to do more with the prep of the car than the salesman. Overall, a good experience and we appreciate the efforts they have made to ensure that everything is corrected.
