My son and I walked in with an idea of what we wanted. We had been looking at cars since May! He finally found a car on the lot that he was interested in. Our financial situation isn’t the best, but Steven had patience and worked to find the best solutions for us. We did not get the car we originally came to see, but left feeling confident that he helped us choose a great car. It had better safety features and was definitely a step up from the one we had come to see. Steven was helpful through every step. He even helped with speaking to the insurance company.
