This was my first car buying experience, and Dave, Tom and everyone else at Garavel made it an awesome experience overall. Always had friendly and prompt responses to my inquiries to help me decide on my purchase, and the experience on the day of picking up the car was very smooth and pleasant as well. There was a mix-up in the colour of the vehicle that was said was available, but an alternate was available fortunately. Thanks Dave and team for making this a great experience!

We broke down 10 miles away from Garavel in our old Subaru Forester on our way from Boston to NY. After a string of small electrical issues followed by this (could have been catastrophic) breakdown, we had a bad feeling about our cars safety and worthiness for repair. We acted fast, found a Subaru dealership with service shop, and rerouted the tow truck to Garavel…which was one of the best decisions we had ever made. The service shop took their time assessing the car and giving us all our options. They did not try to sell us on a new vehicle and were happy to show us the underside of our current vehicle so we could see the current and potential problems which allowed us to come to the unfortunate but fully informed decision our car was not worth repair. The sales team then took their time showing us vehicles within our stated price range, navigating the barriers of emergently buying an out of state vehicle, and getting us on our way, the same day, in a new Subaru Outback. Thank you to Ronnie Goss, Chris Scarlett, and Tom Nerreau who made this nightmare of a day one we will remember fondly. We only wished we lived closer to service the vehicle hear and catch up with this professional and kind group of individuals over the coming years.

My experience with Garavel Subaru was wonderful! Dave Reyes-Guerra was the best salesperson. He was very informative, attentive, and patient while I was deciding which car and color to purchase. Tom Nerreau took his time explaining the warranty information, so I could choose the best plan for me. Finally, after I purchased my car, Dave took me around Garavel to the different departments and introduced me to the staff!. What a great final impression . I will recommend Garavel to my friends!!!

Just leased my 7th or 8th Forester from Garavel Subaru! ! I love this car and tried a new color this time, a pretty blue! Dave Novic my sales person was the best, friendly, thorough and fun to work with. I would recommend the Forester to anyone interested in an excellent medium sized SUV. From the questions I had to providing me windshield Velcro tape so I can attach my ez pass to my windshield! Marjorie, Logan, and Tom were exemplary! Excellent communication, answered all my questions, and explained everything coherently!
