Buying a car here was such an easy and stress-free experience. Joseph Wiatrzyk was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had all the info we needed before we picked up our car. Everyone we spoke with, from Teddy Mochlas (Sales Manager) to Jack (other sales rep when Joe was out) and Greg (helped us with our paperwork), was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like they truly cared about making the process smooth for us, and we never felt pressured or rushed. Looked at the car late on Friday after a couple of days of emaililng and took the car home the next day. Would happily work with them again!

I knew that Subura had the highest safety record and when I heard that Subaru was coming out with a new SUV Hybrid I went to the Subaru’s Website where my inquiry went to Garavel Subaru. Then Rafael Vezel reached out to me through texting and phone call. I went to the dealership where Rafeal Vezel and Sales Manager Teddy Mochlas help me to order from the factory one of the newest Forester Hybrid with all the options I was looking for. During the months since starting the process they would reach out to confirming and finalizing the vehicle’s options. Then Rafeal worked with to finalize dealing with my crazy life events. Rafeal went and explained the vehicle set. and features and walked me to the dealership service and parts department. Then Rafael brought me to Tom Nerreau who helped to finalize the sale explaining all the option and warranty items. Now having the dealership just down the road will make servicing my vehicle so much easier and with friendly pleasure. So, I would recommend Garavel Subaru to anyone who is interested in buying a Subaru or wants a real safety conscious vehicle.

We choose Garavel Subaru out of the convenience of their opening hours on the last Sunday of the month. Michele was welcoming and personable. She understood our needs and was not pushy. In addition, she really tried getting to know us. We did have a slight miscommunication that resulted in picking up the vehicle a little later than expected. Although the baked goods rack in the waiting area was empty every time we checked, we enjoyed tea and hot chocolate. We also love that Subaru sets up Terracycle recycling receptacles in the waiting & donates a percentage of profit from every sale to a charity each month (This month was Mikey's Way Foundation - who helps kids cope with cancer) - just a few of the values that align with ours. We also enjoyed our interaction with Teddy. While deciding between a Forester and an Outback, Teddy asked us if we believe in fate. He then generated a decision wheel and spun it which made us laugh (and helped me get the Forester I was eyeing!) When we picked up our vehicle, he handed us a USB with 191 unexpected but wonderful Christmas music we listened all the way home. It was such a thoughtful gesture and enjoyable ride. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out quickly with a new car. Jay was efficient, friendly, and also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town.
