We LOVE Subaru Garavel! ! The people, especially Stephen Shaughnessy, have always been so very helpful. We always ask for Steve, as he always takes the time to truly listen and share what he knows to help us make the best decision when purchasing a Subaru. We recently "upgraded" our 2022 Subaru Forester to a new 2026 because of all the great new safety features Steve shared with us. This is our 4th car purchased at Subaru Garavel and we will be back! Highly recommend!!

Our "journey" with the Subaru "family" began in 2020 when our son needed a car. He did his research for a used car that was safe & economical, which led us to Steve Shaughnessey and Garavel Subaru. Steve helped with all the details of buying a used Crosstrek - which my son loves! The following year I decided it was time to trade in my truck - which I loved but it being 12yo and 18mpg, went right back to Steve. He did a fantastic job of explaining & handling everything and despite the COVID supply chain issues, got my Forester sooner than expected! Late last year we went back to Steve and finally traded in hubby's 13yo hatchback for the new Crosstrek Wilderness. We purchased the prepaid maintenance service for the new cars and truly enjoy the convenience of the Subaru service department. Needless to say, we are a Subaru Family, enjoy driving our cars and like the service we have and continue to receive.
