Wow. Very impressed. I searched for a vehicle that met my criteria for over a month. After talking with multiple mid-grade dealerships, it was refreshing to talk with Rudy at Garavel. He had thorough answers to my questions, and provided me with the info I needed. They encouraged me to get a 3rd party mechanic’s opinion (which I was going to do anyway) and when I identified concerns about the vehicle, they were professional and helpful providing feedback and a resolution. I didn’t get everything I asked for, but I was treated well and feel I got a good deal with a great experience. This might sound a little crazy, but I went the extra mile to validate these guys because I was coming from Michigan for this and did NOT want any surprises when I arrived. The Jeep was exactly as described, but there was one surprise. The in-dealer experience was better than I planned. I felt like I got a new car treatment for a used car purchase. Thanks guys. Our fill-in sales associate, RUDY saved the day! There would have been 3 stars if it weren't for him. Original sales person became unavailable and no one picked up the ball until 3 days later when the pre-owned sales manager called with a not-too-pleasant phone call. Pick up day found the car with incorrect mileage on the DMV paperwork (so it all needed to be redone), no full tank of gas (as promised by original sales person), and only ONE key (which is OBVIOUSLY not good). The one saving grace is we LOVE the car, and RUDY couldn't have been kinder, patient, and a GREAT support. I will only work with Rudy in the future, and I suggest you do too!

I came into Gravel Subaru just to look. No pressure from anyone, but Rudy said if I had questions. He answered any question I had. That was on a Saturday. On the following Monday I was back to Rudy and purchasing my new crosstrek. He made it all very easy to do. I'm extremely happy with Garavel, Rudy and my new crosstrek.
