We have been searching awhile for a second car. When we decided to go for a Subaru Outback over the BMWX2 we visited a few Subaru dealers. Garavel had the most inventory AND when we inquired, Rudy got RIGHT back to us. Not by text but by a phone call. So on it! We met him and liked and trusted him very much. We plan to come back in May to purchase a car for my son.

This will be the 4th Subaru for us. Subarus are second to none for us. It's never a question about which make of vehicle we're going to buy. The only questions are which Subaru and which dealer. I'm pleased to say that all the Subaru dealers we've visited always provided an exceptional experience. Garavel Subaru is the latest example. We wanted an Ascent to replace our decade old Sienna. It was our last non-Subaru vehicle. Garavel had the most Ascents to choose from out all the dealers within an hour from us. We drove in and were able to negotiate an unbeatable price for a very nicely loaded 2019. They also gave us a very satisfactory purchase price on our minivan. And to top it all off, they were able to get us the lowest interest rate of any lender. Top notch performance from this dealer. It was our first time using them but it will very likely not be our last. Their dealership was also very clean and the all the staff very friendly and courteous. They stayed past closing so that we wouldn't have to drive an hour again and they somehow even got the Ascent detailed and fully gassed up before we took it home. They even gave us parting gifts. Everything couldn't have gone smoother. Anytime I've gone to a non-Subaru dealer, I feel like I have to mentally prepare for battle. Every time I have gone to a Subaru dealer, Garavel included, I feel welcome and at ease. They are always very transparent and forthright. They showed us the repair history on the car, the open recall that is on delay because of parts shortages and everything the technician found when preparing it for sale. Absolutely stellar. Can't ever go wrong buying a Subaru and certainly not from Garavel. Rudy and the rest of the staff were fantastic. We couldn't be happier.

I came into Gravel Subaru just to look. No pressure from anyone, but Rudy said if I had questions. He answered any question I had. That was on a Saturday. On the following Monday I was back to Rudy and purchasing my new crosstrek. He made it all very easy to do. I'm extremely happy with Garavel, Rudy and my new crosstrek.

Our fill-in sales associate, RUDY saved the day! There would have been 3 stars if it weren't for him. Original sales person became unavailable and no one picked up the ball until 3 days later when the pre-owned sales manager called with a not-too-pleasant phone call. Pick up day found the car with incorrect mileage on the DMV paperwork (so it all needed to be redone), no full tank of gas (as promised by original sales person), and only ONE key (which is OBVIOUSLY not good). The one saving grace is we LOVE the car, and RUDY couldn't have been kinder, patient, and a GREAT support. I will only work with Rudy in the future, and I suggest you do too!
