Rafael was great. He worked up some numbers for me before I even went to the dealership. He was easy to work with and cared about my concerns and questions. I'll start with the good. The salesman Rafael is responsive and very quick to get you information. You can get everything you need by text, and the information provided is accurate. The vehicle I purchased had very low mileage and was fairly priced. The images they take are accurate to how you'll find the vehicle. I found a scratch on one of the rear view mirrors, but it wasn't hidden, and you can see the vehicle in detail from the pictures provided. There aren't any hidden fees. If you want to know what the total price is, they'll provide it. And they'll go over each fee. The manager was knowledgeable and made the process quick once I showed up. The bad, I'm guessing because of the pricing, there isn't much wiggle room in haggling it down. There was no real complaint on my part because it was very well priced. But you should still try. The sales manager was aggressive on up charges. I felt that he was less responsive when I showed no interest in these additional add-ons. I will give him that he will go into the details of what the pros are, but I'm not a fan of the approach. All in all, they are very solid. I would definitely recommend them if you are the type that wants to find a vehicle from the comfort of your home before actually going in to purchase. The process really is seamless, and once the logistics are settled, you're in and out.

There was no going back-and-forth haggling over the price, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in, the whole process went very smoothly. On the day I picked up the car, Rafael took me around to all the other departments at the dealership. Each department gave me a small gift thanking me for buying my car from them! I would highly recommend Garavel Subaru . They even gave me a toy, a chewbaru, for my dog!
