Rafael was courteous, professional, informative, and friendly. He made the whole experience very pleasurable. I Visited and test drove the other cars that were in this category(Honda HRV, Mazda CX 30, Hyundai Kona and Toyota Corolla Cross) The Garavel buying experience was top notch. I feel I got a great car at a great price. I would highly recommend Garavel Subaru. They even gave me a present for my dog! A “chewbaru” stuffed car!

There was no going back-and-forth haggling over the price, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in, the whole process went very smoothly. On the day I picked up the car, Rafael took me around to all the other departments at the dealership. Each department gave me a small gift thanking me for buying my car from them! I would highly recommend Garavel Subaru . They even gave me a toy, a chewbaru, for my dog!
