I was so nervous to get a car. However Teddy, Rafael and Jose made my transition so smooth. I was a hard decision picking however they were very patient and kind. Plus they have followed up to make sure all is well and what questions I had if any.

Everyone is so kind, so friendly and quite personable. Michele Dall (from the sales department) was very quick, thorough, made things run really smoothly and is so sweet as well as helpful. She is like a well oiled machine and very experienced in her profession. Jose Marin (from the finance department) was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was very good at explaining the extended warranty options and helped me pick out what would work best for me. I got my vehicle the same day I got to test drive it and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Salesperson, Rudy, was very knowledgable and helpful. The business manager, Jose V, was also very good and knowledgable about his end of things. They were able to expedite the process to meet our timeline and the process ran very smooth. The car is very sturdy with all the safety features available in the Forrester Wilderness. It was a great choice.

The car was professionally detailed including engine. The sales agent Byeong was a pleasure to work with, he was accommodating and professional. Out of the cars we’ve bought (this would be our fourth) & all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who would take the customer) No pressure salesmanship… While they can offer to drive with you for a test drive (if you don’t know the area), their default is to test drive the car on your own (again, no pressure). With good deals & a painless car buying process (other than having to part with hard earned cash ) & it’s all because of the some of the good people at Garavel. Dave, Teddy, Jose were all great to work with. Dave was especially easy to work with & took his time to make sure you were comfortable with what I was buying. Thanks again for our 3rd Subaru.
