Such a great experience buying with Stephen and Gary. I am a younger woman and was worried when going to purchase that the salesman would be dismissive or it would be hard. Stephen proved me wrong by taking the time to ask me questions about what I wanted and explain everything about the cars I was interested in. I brought my father along and Stephen still spoke directly to me and made sure what I was getting, I would be happy with. Stephen is so knowledgeable of the vehicle offerings across the SUBARU brand and every customer's needs, that working with him is nothing short of amazing. This last visit (October '25) I was toying with the idea of downsizing from my 2023 Outback (which he facilitated for me in January of 23) to a Crosstrek. Over the phone he listened to me go on and on about what I was thinking now the my lease was coming to an end. When I finally finished, all he said was " take it for a drive, then we'll talk'. No pressure, no sales gimmick, simply .. the liberty of figuring it out myself. To make a long story short, I tested a lovely; sporty; speedy 2025 Crosstrek with all the gadgets I personally enjoy. She herself bought two vehicles from Garavels other jeep/ram dealership and recommended to check out the Subaru since she had owned Subaru in the past. I am so happy I made the switch but cannot recommend the dealership and the ownership enough. I had such a positive experience and three cars to from all their dealerships a testimony on management running the dealerships so well! In addition we had an issue with a mistake on our title from the DMV. The management team promised to keep the same trade in price until we were able to resolve the issue! After 3 weeks we were able to obtain a new title and came in to work with Gary on the trade in. It was so simple and easy. They honored the price of trade in with no issue.
