I knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek for its safety and fuel efficiency, and I originally walked in to test drive the 2025 model. However, when I saw a 2021 Crosstrek Limited model available with low mileage and that Garavel provided a 100K mile drivetrain warranty on it, I knew I found my car. I like how Dave introduced me to every department including team members in the service department the first day I got there, and its a major reason why I purchased the additional 3-year maintenance plan so I can work with them. Dave Novik was my sales person. I had experienced a bad accident and was traumatized. I needed a car and was referred to Dave. I do not like high pressure salesmen and it doesn't work for me.
