I went here with little intent of actually buying a car, my 2017 Legacy with 127,400 miles was a gem, but I decided to cut bait and get a new Legacy (my 6th) after sitting with Dave for a while. Very fluid and pleasant discussion with zero pressure. It helped that Dave was new to Garavel as it did not feel at all like formula as he brought other pertinent experience to bear. We were in the market for a car, but I can't believe we made a decision on Wednesday night, one hour before closing. Dave was very good at giving us an overview of the different vehicles, and different options. We we able to test-drive the model we were interested in, rather than some higher model as often happened to us. He was not pushy and stayed with us half an hour after closing. We returned two days later to pick up the car, and Dave spent a lot of time with us to show the car and the dealership. Wonderful experience I highly recommend them

Super easy and patient dealership. Had to wait in the lounge for a while for understandable reasons but the lounge was very nice. Dave was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Gave me a charger to charge my phone as the battery ran out and even offered snacks.

Caravel is at least worthy of 5 stars. Although we have bought many cars over the years, this was our best experience. Everything was handled pleasantly, efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Dave Novick was a pleasure to deal with.. he was beyond helpful, patient and efficient. Very nice to work with. While I was making my decision Dave Novik kept in touch without bugging me. He spent time teaching me how the car worked(since I was driving an 11 year old Subaru) and suggested I call after driving it a while for more information.
