My experience at Garavel Subaru could not have been better. With supply chain problems, finding a new car at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time frame was next to impossible. I called multiple dealers without success. But as soon as Byeong, my salesperson, answered the phone at Garavel, he did everything he could to make it happen and succeeded. Everyone with whom I dealt was polite, honest and knowledgeable. And I was not abandoned once the sale went through. BYEONG CHEON was the FIRST sales person to respond quickly, professionally and spoke to me like I'm a human being... Giving any/all information I could want and asking key questions to help him give me what I want. The cars I was researching online didn't pan out in person as I hoped because I'm picky and have a sensitive back. Ended up buying a car that wasn't even on my radar when researching, because it was the right fit in MANY ways. Buying a car with all the shortages and whatnot is tough enough as it. My trade in was 14 years old, if there was anyone that could have been 'taken' by a dealer it was me. I had no plan, no bargaining power in terms of trade-in or down payment and yet, I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. Pleased with the car, how I got it and who I got it from.
