I did an online inquiry about a new Outback and had a reply to my email right away. (I should mention that their website is very user-friendly, unlike many others I have seen and used.) I had never been to this dealership before and I loved that their new location--right next to the Norwalk DMV--is so convenient. The day we went to test-drive the car I inquired about, I realized I made the mistake of asking Chris for a car that had an interior color different than what we wanted. Quick and easy process. I spoke to Chris over the phone and was able to come in late the next day and they stayed late so that we could finish the entire process.
